Audit & Consulting Services
Beginning with a process safety management program audit, our team helped identify deficiencies in the client’s existing PSM program and worked to resolve these deficiencies by developing the following: PSM written program, mechanical integrity program, process safety information development and documentation, facility siting study, and relief valve design basis calculation/documentation.
We also consulted with the client to update templates to PSM documents, including MOC, PSSR, and Incident Investigation Forms.
Analysis & Results
The final result was a fully functioning and OSHA-compliant PSM program. Pinnacle Engineering has facilitated multiple process hazard analyses for this client and continues to consult with them on process safety initiatives.
