In 1991, Jim founded Pinnacle Engineering, Inc. and has served as CEO since the company’s inception. Jim’s tireless efforts and leadership have been the primary catalyst for growth and change within Pinnacle Engineering – utilizing his expertise to expand and diversify our service offerings. For the past thirty-plus years, Jim has focused his practice on the rail, industrial, and infrastructure industries. Jim is a trusted partner that Pinnacle clientele call on in times of emergency, knowing they’ll get his immediate response. With 35 years in the industry, he has had broad exposure to environmental issues ranging from compliance to emergency response. Jim has experienced firsthand most of the problems that our clients typically face.

In Jim’s role as a President & CEO of Pinnacle, he focuses on growing & maintaining relationships both internally and externally at the firm. Every day, Jim works to strengthen the ongoing process of developing key employees into strategic leaders and owners of the firm. Jim’s vision is to continue a model of employee ownership that has served the company well over the last thirty-plus years.
