VIC Program
Pinnacle provides complete services for client projects in the Voluntary Investigation and Cleanup (VIC) Program. The key functions of the VIC Program are to set standards for site investigations, provide MPCA review of the adequacy and completeness of such investigations, and approve cleanup plans to address identified contamination. Written liability assurances are available to eligible parties when they undertake and complete investigation and / or response actions approved by the MPCA.
