As an example; during an engineering test at an ethanol plant to determine the optimum thermal oxidizer combustion temperature, real-time HAP's analysis of the exhaust demonstrated the system was not in compliance with the facility's air permit. Real-time results allowed a combustion specialist to quickly diagnose the problem. The thermal oxidizer was repaired and easily passed a subsequent performance test.

Going a step further, we have solved the daily problems of recordkeeping and reporting through our information management service.
