Brownfields Redevelopment has become one of the core service areas at Pinnacle. In many cases, Pinnacle has been able to find creative ways for municipalities to maximize the benefits of the grant program for brownfields redevelopment. Pinnacle has extensive experience in grant administration, enabling our clients to leverage maximum opportunity from outside project funding sources. In addition, Pinnacle ensures reliable and consistent project cash flow through oversight and management of the grant reimbursement process. In particular, Pinnacle's work with the DTED/DEED program has included a wide range of project types with a variety of contaminants, and varying levels of known or suspected contamination.
