Asbestos products have not been used in construction since approximately 1975 however, the products in place can cause danger to individuals involved in repair work and the demolition of structures containing asbestos products. Pre-demolition

Pre-demolition surveys are an integral part of any demolition project. The pre-demolition survey must accompany the permit application before the demolition of buildings and structures.
