Pinnacle Engineering has been supporting the fuel ethanol industry for over 15 years. In addition to providing a broad range of environmental and civil engineering services to the fuel production facilities. Pinnacle also shares it's expertise by providing technical presentations at industry events such as the International Fuel Ethanol Workshop (FEW).
In June, Jim Holland, Steve Schleicher, and Matt Henry (not pictured) attended the FEW in Indianapolis, Indiana. This was the 30th year of the largest, longest running ethanol conference in the world. Pinnacle has been an attendee, exhibitor, moderator and speaker at the FEW over the last 15 years. This year, Jim Holland joined a panel of industry experts in a session entitled "The Track Ahead: Safely Increasing Capacity of the Nation's Railways". Jim's presentation, "Lessons Learned: Release Prevention & Impact Mitigation", provided technical information on a subject Pinnacle has much experience with. (open PDF below to see a copy of the presentation). Jim's panel included Kristy Moore, Vice-President of the Renewable Fuels Association, Tom Simpson, President of the Railway Supply Institute, and John Gray, Senior Vice-President of the Association of American Railroads.
We look forward to seeing our fuel ethanol industry friends at this event each year, and this year was no exception. To learn more about the services Pinnacle provides to the fuel ethanol industry, please click here (http://www.pineng.com/services/energy).
