	Jim Holland - President/CEO Since founding the company in 1991, Jim has been actively involved in Pinnacle's day-to-day operations. As the driving force behind the company's growth, Jim believes, to know the business means to know your clients. "Building client rapport and respect involves the efforts of us all. We respond to the needs of our clients by providing the expertise they expect."
	Eric Hansen - VP of Environmental Engineering Providing leadership with his practical blend of engineering and geology, Eric has grown Pinnacle's environmental and geotechnical practice from a fledgling group to a dominant player in the regional market. No where in Pinnacle is our philosophy of practical solutions to complex environmental problems more evident than in Eric's group. Along the way, Eric has achieved a stunning rate of client retention and loyalty, serving as trusted advisor to telecom clients, developers, manufacturers, and builders.
	Larry Sibik - VP of Process Engineering Larry's expertise of process and chemical engineering has been the backbone of Pinnacle's process and facility engineering efforts. With over 21 years of experience in the industry, Larry has earned a solid reputation as an expert in solving environmental engineering problems.
	Steve Schleicher - VP of Regional Operations—EHS Professional Steve's ability to build client relations has been a key factor to Pinnacle's presence in Southern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. His experience in industrial compliance, and health and safety management, has been a huge catalyst for the growth of Pinnacle's ethanol, renewable fuels, and bioenergy client.
